V3 is still not ready for release but as I received a few requests I have added a new feature to it. This allows the port number used to be 5 characters in length instead of just 4. I have released a beta build of v3 with this feature enabled. All other new features of v3 are disabled. If you do not need to specify a 5 character port then there is no neeed to switch to v3 at this time (as it is the only available change).
