I have finally finished migrating my old pages (html, php and javascript), hand coded in Notepad++, to WordPress. Found a plain theme I like so will be sticking with it.
The migration to WordPress was not as painful as I thought it might be and works quite well, now I am getting the hand of it. The SEO stuff is bugging me but I will get around to it.
All in all I am very happy I made the switch.
